Biological Science Specialist Job

Probene Q, LLC (DBA Carepak Pharmacy) seeks Biological Science Specialist to set up, maintain, and clean laboratory instruments and equipment essential for food preparation and testing, including microscopes, scales, pipets, and specialized food processing machinery. Gather and prepare a variety of biological samples relevant to food products, such as blood (for animal-derived ingredients), food items (for nutritional analysis), and bacterial cultures (for fermentation or food safety testing), ensuring proper handling and sanitation procedures. Conduct biological tests and experiments, including assessing nutritional content, analyzing foodborne pathogens, and evaluating flavor profiles through sensory analysis. Document all testing procedures, meticulously recording observations and results to ensure traceability and reproducibility. Utilize statistical methods to analyze experimental data, employing appropriate software tools for data processing and visualization. Analyze experimental data and interpret results. Write reports that summarize findings.
