Biochemist Job

Biochemist (Rockville, MD) Perform biochemical, bioanalytical, and immunoassays (ELISA, BCA, biotin quantitation) to characterize therapeutic antibodies and fusion proteins. Conduct protein biotinylation and evaluate concentration, binding activity, cross reactivity, and stability under various conditions. Analyze mouse and non-human primate serum samples from in vivo studies to generate pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) data. Support candidate selection by interpreting experimental data and preparing technical reports for internal review. Develop, optimize, and validate analytical workflows and assay protocols to improve sensitivity and reproducibility. Collaborate with cross-functional groups including discovery biology, protein engineering, and in vivo pharmacology. 40 hours/week, Offered wage: $63,690/year, Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry or related required.
