1840 & Company is looking for experienced Licensed Health and Life Insurance Bilingual and non Bilingual Sales agents.
Job Summary: Licensed Insurance Agent responsible for handling high-volume inbound sales calls for Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace plans. Duties include educating callers on coverage options, completing enrollments, and achieving sales goals while ensuring compliance with ACA regulations. Requires efficient system navigation, accurate data entry, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with diverse individuals. Ongoing training is expected to stay current on policies, plans, and eligibility guidelines.

Contract type: Seasonal. End Date 1/15/2026.
Schedule: 7 days a week from 8:00am – 11:00pm Est from Oct 15th – Feb 1st.
5 days a week from 8:00am – 9:00pm Est, Feb 1st – Oct 15th.
Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00/$22.00 (if bilingual) per hour.
Requirements:
Minimum High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
High speed internet with ability to hard-wire via ethernet cord.
Active resident Life & Health insurance license.
Cannot reside in Utah or Wisconsin.
