• Position: Guest Services Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:
• Establish and evaluate operational policies and procedures that ensure high-quality services
• Administer the department’s budget, tracking service-related revenues and expenditures
• Support the development of guest service promotions and strategies to enhance the overall hotel experience
• Oversee procurement negotiations for supplies necessary to deliver guest services
• Recruit, train, and organize schedules for guest services staff, including housekeeping and concierge teams
• Work directly with clients to plan use of hotel facilities for receptions, meetings, and special functions
• Handle guest complaints and service concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
Job Requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of related experience in in the accommodation industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
