Job Duties:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and peak efficiency.
• Implement operational procedures and service standards tailored to the sushi dining environment.
• Recruit and train team members to maintain consistent food quality and professional hospitality.
• Organize weekly work schedules and monitor staff performance to ensure smooth service shifts.
• Track inventory levels and sales revenue to manage costs and optimize menu profitability.
• Address guest feedback and resolve complaints while enforcing strict health and safety codes.
• Negotiate with suppliers to procure high-quality seafood and essential restaurant inventory.
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
