• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of an establishment providing services including eyelash extension, eyebrow services, micro-needling and permanent makeup;
• Plan and control budget and inventory;
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems;
• Scheduling staffs’ work schedule; and
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
