Wage: $33.00 per hour
Working Hours: 30–40 hours per week (Schedule may vary)

* Job Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery and high-quality client experience
-Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain consistent service standards across all salon and aesthetic services
-Manage appointment scheduling and staff allocation to ensure effective coverage and optimal client flow
-Monitor service quality and handle client feedback, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner
-Plan and manage inventory for salon products, tools, and beauty/laser supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
-Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, including hairstylists and aesthetic technicians
-Support staff development through coaching, performance evaluation, and ongoing training
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all service areas
-Prepare basic operational and performance reports for management review

* Qualifications:
-Completion of secondary school is usually required
-College diploma or vocational certificate in beauty, cosmetology, or related field is an asset
-2–3 years of experience in a beauty salon or aesthetic service environment is usually required
-Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
-Experience managing staff and service operations is preferred
