We are currently seeking an experienced Beauty Shop Manager to oversee daily salon operations and support our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
• Direct and control daily salon operations
• Plan, organize, and evaluate daily business activities
• Supervise and coordinate the work of beauty service staff (5–10 employees)
• Plan and control salon budgets, inventory, and supplies
• Manage contracts related to marketing or advertising activities
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Ensure high standards of customer service and service quality
• Support staff training and maintain a positive team environment
Requirements
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience in beauty services or salon management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations
Work Setting
• Beauty salon / aesthetic service environment
• On-site work only
