Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Maintain established procedures to ensure all treatment rooms, restrooms, stock room and reception areas are clean and organized
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Oversee payroll administration
• Informing staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or company policies and guidelines
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications
? Completion of secondary school is usually required.
? 2-3 years of previous experience
Wage
? Salary: $37.50 per hour for 30~44 hours a week at 52 weeks a year
