Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Beauty School Instructor to join our team and inspire the next generation of beauty professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in various beauty and aesthetics courses.
• Educate students on beauty techniques, including skin care, makeup application, hair removal, nail care, and other relevant services.
• Demonstrate and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Prepare lesson plans, practical exams, and other teaching materials.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Mentor and support students to foster a positive learning environment and encourage professional development.
• Assist with program evaluations and curriculum updates as needed.

Job Requirements:
• Certificate or diploma in aesthetics, cosmetology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably with teaching or training experience.
• Excellent knowledge of beauty techniques, products, and current industry standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and maintain a supportive classroom environment.
