• Position: Front Desk Clerk
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $21.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: 1999 Country Club Way, Victoria, BC V9B 6R3

Job Duties:
• Maintain records of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
• Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• Answer guest inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Check and compile daily records, receipts, and guest accounts.
• Present bills to departing guests and process payments.
Job requirements:
• Experience: No experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
