• Position: Chef
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $25.00-$28.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook meals routinely and for special events or guest requests
• Keep records of food expenses, usage, sales, and inventory
• Coordinate the purchase and repair of equipment
• Hire and train junior staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
• Supervise cooks and kitchen staff, assigning duties and ensuring food quality and safety standards
• Plan menus and ensure all food prepared meets established quality and presentation standards
Job requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
