Position Info:
• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $22.00-$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: #1-1012 Beach Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6E 1T7

Job Duties:
• Manage portion sizes to ensure plating consistency and minimize waste
• Cook complete meals and individual orders according to recipe standard
• Customize dishes safely for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions
• Coach junior staff on food preparation and safe handling procedures
• Order the necessary ingredients and kitchen gear to stay fully stocked
• Lead kitchen helpers and staff to keep service running smoothly
• Monitor stock levels and keep organized records of supplies and equipment

Job requirements:
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Language: English
