BD - fractional deals Job

Responsibilities:

Establishing relationships with KOLs' managers, producers, and DAOs
Cultivating partnerships with Web3 projects and industry leaders
Maintaining CRM, task tracking, and Kanban systems
Crafting outreach strategies, lead generation, and offer drafting
Implementing systems for streamlined operations
Cultivating partnerships with key stakeholders
Requirements:

Proven experience in selling consulting, investment, or business services globally
Track record of building partnerships from cold outreach to successful outcomes
Proficiency in communication with KOLs
Fluent in English
Familiarity with Venture, OTC, and Web3 environments
Driven by results, with a focus on speed and systematic approach

Conditions:

Remote position with possible business trips to conferences/events
2-week test period, followed by a 2-month probation period
Fixed salary of $1.5k plus a percentage of transactions and volumes generated by the sales department.
