Key Responsibilities
Construction Documentation & Technical Work
Produce complete, detailed construction document sets for residential homes
Project permitting and drafting of drawings for construction
Code research and site analysis
Department of Buildings submissions
Shop drawing reviews
Project Coordination & Management
Consultant coordination across disciplines
Field-work and site visits
Set and meet project deadlines independently
Ensure attention to detail throughout all project phases
Client & Team Interaction
Speak directly with clients and maintain strong relationships
Conduct meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants
Collaborate effectively with team members
Demonstrate a flexible, thoughtful approach to design challenges
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Degree in Architecture required
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a draftsperson/architectural designer
3+ years of construction document experience (must demonstrate real construction document work)
High-end residential work experience preferred
Accredited master's program a plus
Technical Skills
Revit proficiency required
AutoCAD proficiency required
Ability to produce full construction sets of drawings independently
Strong organizational skills
