BBQ Chicken & Pub Granville is hiring a F/T Restaurant Manager. Job

Position Info:
• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 1037 Granville St, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1L4

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and pub to ensure efficient service and smooth workflow
• Evaluate daily operations and implement procedures to improve service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor revenues, labour costs, and operating expenses to support the restaurant’s profitability and budget control
• Set staff work schedules and coordinate shift coverage based on business volume and operational needs
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure consistent service standards and compliance with company policies
• Organize and maintain inventory of food, beverages, alcohol, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and provincial liquor legislation and regulations
• Address customer complaints or concerns and provide professional customer service to maintain a positive dining and pub experience

Job Requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in food service industry is required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
