Job Overview
Tri State Event Services is hiring professional Restroom Attendants to maintain portable restrooms and luxury restroom trailers at events.
This role is critical to creating a clean, safe, and professional environment for guests. Attendants ensure restrooms remain stocked, sanitized, and functioning properly throughout the event.

Responsibilities
Event Setup
Arrive early to allow time for parking, unloading, and setup
Check in with the event site contact upon arrival
Confirm arrival with Tri State HQ
Prepare restroom units for guest use
Stock all necessary supplies before the event begins
During the Event
Attendants continuously maintain restroom cleanliness and supply levels.
Responsibilities include:
Restocking toilet paper, sanitizer, soap, and paper towels
Cleaning toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and counters
Sweeping and mopping floors regularly
Disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as handles and locks
Emptying trash bins before they reach capacity
Monitoring for plumbing issues, leaks, odors, or clogs
Ensuring restroom areas remain hygienic and presentable at all times
Attendants must also submit accountability photos every 30 minutes during their shift.
Post-Event Duties
Deep clean restroom units or trailers
Remove trash and waste materials
Ensure units are left in clean, ready condition
Submit final photos and condition report before leaving the site
Equipment Required
Attendants must arrive with the following cleaning kit unless supplies are provided in writing:
Broom
Mop
Spray bottle with deodorizing sanitizer
Gloves
Toilet brush
Clearing stick (or broom handle)
Air freshener
Professional Conduct
Attendants represent Tri State at every event and must maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Expectations include:
Remaining calm and respectful in all interactions
Assisting guests courteously when needed
Wearing PPE when handling chemicals or waste
Reporting maintenance issues immediately
Guests may occasionally be disruptive. Attendants must remain professional and avoid confrontation.
Tip Policy
Attendants may not solicit tips.
No tip jars or tip signs may be displayed
If a guest voluntarily offers a tip, it may be accepted discreetly
Dress Code
All attendants must wear black event attire:
Black slacks
Collared shirt
Black shoes
Not allowed:
Jeans, denim, or casual clothing.
