• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $25.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits:

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook Korean-style chicken dishes, rice and noodle items, side dishes, and other menu items according to the restaurant’s recipes and service standards
• Assist in planning and improving menu items and ensure all prepared food meets the restaurant’s quality, taste, portion, and presentation standards
• Supervise cooks and kitchen helpers during daily food preparation and service to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Train and guide kitchen staff on proper preparation, cooking, seasoning, garnishing, and plating methods for menu items
• Monitor ingredient and kitchen supply levels and request necessary food items, sauces, packaging, and other supplies for daily operations
• Prepare meals for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions while following proper food handling and cross-contamination prevention procedures
Job Requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
