Apollo Convention Centre Inc is looking for a full time permanent Bartender.
Job Type: Full Time
Positions Available: 2
Primary Responsibilities:
· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with liquor laws and company policies.
· Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Check guest IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
· Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service.
· Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption, following responsible service practices.
· Assist with bar inventory management, including restocking and tracking supplies.
· Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
· Uphold all company policies, including dress code, health & safety regulations, and customer service standards.

The candidates should be willing to work mornings, evenings and weekends and late-night shift on weekends and public holidays.
