Salary: $19.23/ Hour for 32 - 40 Hours / Week

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time
Start date: As soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Barber Licence
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience
Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, efficient interpersonal skills, client focus, dependability
Tasks: Advise clients on beauty care treatments; Analyze hair and scalp condition; Cut and trim hair according to client’s instructions or preferences; Provide custom hair and scalp treatment; Shampoo customers' hair; Shave and trim beards and mustaches; Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair; Apply hair extensions; Provide other hair treatments, such as waving, straightening and tinting and also provide scalp conditioning massages; Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair; Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences; Book appointments; Perform receptionist duties; Maintain and order supplies.
