Education: Some High School
Experience: 2 to 3 years of previous experience as a barber
Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, efficient interpersonal skills, client focus, organized, judgment

Tasks: Plan and organize daily operations; direct and control daily operations; evaluate daily operations; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Hire, train and supervise staff; May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Supervision: 16-20 people.
Budgetary responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000
