Key Responsibilities:
Direct, plan, and control daily barbershop operations
Evaluate daily activities to improve efficiency and service quality
Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for staff
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise barbers and support staff
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
Plan and control budgets and monitor expenses
Coordinate and manage advertising, promotions, and marketing strategies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations
Maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness
Supervision:
Supervise and coordinate the work of 5–10 staff members
Requirements:
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in barbering, hairstyling, or salon management
Proven leadership and staff management skills

Excellent oral communication skills
Efficient interpersonal and leadership abilities
Organized, reliable, and flexible
Good judgement and problem-solving skills
