Barber Shop Manager Job

Rami's Cut Barber Shop Ltd. is looking for a Shop Manager for their business located at #112-2540 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC, V3C 3G6. This is a full-time, permanent position with 8 hours of work per day and 40 hours per week.

As a Barber Shop Manager, you will be performing the following job duties:

-Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the barber shop to ensure efficient workflow, quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
-Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during business hours.
-Support and guide team members to maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
-Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure a positive experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
-Monitor inventory levels of grooming products, barbering supplies, and equipment, and arrange purchases or restocking as required.
-Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and workplace training.
-Track sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve overall business growth.
-Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.

Job Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school is required.
-1 to 3 years of work experience in the barbering or personal grooming industry is required.
-Basic English language skills are required.

What we offer:
-$38.00 per hour.
-4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period.
-Terms of Employment: Full-time permanent position.
