Barber Job

Fade Away Barbershop Inc. is seeking a skilled Barber for our
Kamloops location. This is a full-time, permanent position,
offering 40 hours per week at a rate of $20.00 per hour, plus
4% vacation pay. Please note that additional benefits are not
provided. The position is available immediately.
Responsibilities:
-Cut and trim hair according to clients' instructions or
preferences.
-Shave and trim beards and mustaches.
-Shampoo hair and provide other hair treatments, such as
waving, straightening, tinting, and scalp conditioning
massages.
-Book appointments and manage inventory of supplies.
-Train and supervise other barbers and barber apprentices.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:
-Completion of high school or equivalent.
-A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced
environment.
-Professional demeanor, particularly in challenging
situations.
-Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
-Supervisory skills.
-Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
-Ability to provide at least one professional reference upon
request.
