- Recruit, train, and mentor bar staff, fostering a culture of warmth and professionalism
- Develop staff schedules while maintaining operational needs
- Manage inventory, pricing, and supplier relationships to balance quality and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Engage with guests, resolve concerns, and cultivate a welcoming environment
- Collaborate on beverage menus, events, and private functions
