Over Time Wage: $43.50 per hour (After 40 hours per week)

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: 2-3 years of related experience is required.
Job Duties:
• Plan, organise, direct, control and evaluate the operations of banquet hall
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and adjust procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed by all employees
• Discuss arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Develop innovative marketing policies to help grow business.
Benefits:

Overtime after 40 hours per week;
