Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare and Cook Full Course/Individual meals.
• Prepare and Cook Tandoori Items-Naans, Garlic Naans, Tandoori Chicken items, Sheesh Kebob, Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Fish, Fish items for buffets.
• Prepare and Cook Karahi Paneer, Mattar Paneer, Chicken curry, Goat Curry for various gatherings/events.
• Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportion.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• Prepare and cook food with Indian spices and curries, vegetables, chicken and goat.
• Make snacks, mixed vegetables, tandoori items.
• Organize and manage food for large banquets.
