Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Prepare and Cook Tandoori Items- Tandoori Chicken items, Sheesh Kebob, Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Fish and other Fish items.
- Prepare and Cook Karahi Paneer, Butter Chicken, Goat Curry, Mattar Paneer, Shahi Paneer, Mixed vegetables, Saag, Soya Chaap curries and more.
- Prepare and Cook snacks such as Samosa Chat, Momos, Tandoori items, Spring Rolls etc.
- Maintain clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen.
- Monitoring and maintaining daily supplies as required.
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, monitor and order supplies.
