Job Duties:
• Analyze financial performance and operational costs to optimize profitability and ensure the restaurant meets its revenue targets
• Oversee and assess daily restaurant operations to maintain efficient service flow and high customer satisfaction standards
• Plan, coordinate, and implement daily operational activities to ensure smooth and consistent restaurant performance
• Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours
• Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to service and operational standards
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff to support ongoing business growth and staffing needs
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate ordering, and ensure proper storage of food, beverages, and supplies
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
