Oversee the back of house operations.
Follows Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products.
Ensure quality of products meets established standards.
Monitors fridge/freezer product inventory and submits order quantities.
Supports a clean environment through regular clean up.
May hire and train baking staff.
