Job Description

Duties:

Prepare dough for pies, bread and rolls and prepare batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, icing and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders;

Operate machinery;

Bake and mix doughs and batters;

Ensure quality of products meets established standards;

Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays;

Prepare special orders;

Inspect kitchen and food service areas;

Organize and maintain inventory;

Experience:

Minimum 2 year of experience is required
