Key Responsibilities

Prepare batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, and icings according to recipes or special orders
Bake mixed dough and batters
Prepare pastries for special occasions such as weddings and birthdays
Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling
Develop and manage production schedules
Ensure product quality meets established standards
Maintain and organize inventory
Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
Work Setting
On-site position; all duties must be performed at the physical location
