We, Gao Badminton Tao. are looking for full-time Badminton Coaches to join our busy team.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
Hourly Wage: $33.00 - $35.50
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 4839 47TH ST SE. Calgary, Alberta T2B 3S5
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Teach badminton techniques, rules, and strategies to students of varying skill levels.
• Plan and conduct training sessions, including drills and practice games.
• Provide individual feedback to help students improve their skills and performance.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment during training.
• Organize and prepare students for tournaments or competitions.
• Develop specialized training programs for competitive players to enhance their performance.
• Monitor students’ progress and adjust training programs as needed.
• Maintain training equipment and ensure proper use.

Requirements:
• College diploma in physical education or equivalent experience
• At least Level 1 certificate in Badminton Coaching
• Several (3 or more) years of work experience in badminton coaching
• Efficient interpersonal skills, Leadership, Reliability, Values and ethics
