Job Duties:
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement automatic algorithm for the client project
• Establish modularized control unit for internal use and provide consistent maintenance and upgrades when as required
• Collaborate with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes and modularized control unit to enhance the user experience
• Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends
• Record data and report it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership
• Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programing languages, and better assist other team members
• Provide consistent system/website maintenance and upgrades when as required

• A degree or diploma in computer science, computer programming, or other related field such as website design and development
• At least 3 years of work experience as a computer programmer, web designer or developer, or other related fields
• Experience in programming and software such as Python, C and C++, Matlab, SQL, Javascript, Jira, Algorithm etc.
• Proven skills in improving code quality through testing (unit, component, and functional) and code reviews
• Experience leveraging AI/ML frameworks to build and integrate intelligent backend services, improving automation, scalability, and system performance
• A degree or diploma in computer science, computer programming, or other related field such as website design and development
