Job Description:
At CA-EX Express Ltd., we provide global solutions for documents and parcels through air cargo, ocean and truck shipment. We also specialize in commercial fulfilment service through cross docking, less-thank-truckload (LTL) shipping, etc. We are currently looking for a B2B Technical Sales Specialist to join us at Calgary, AB.
The position will be responsible for:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions involving air cargo, ocean freight, truck shipments, and commercial fulfilment services.
• Present and promote the company’s logistics and cross-border fulfilment services to prospective and existing clients, highlighting technical benefits and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with operations and coordination teams to design optimized shipping and fulfilment strategies for clients, including LTL, cross-docking, and multimodal transport solutions.
• Analyze client supply chain requirements and prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and service presentations that align with company capabilities and pricing structures.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless implementation and service delivery of customized logistics solutions.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to support continuous improvement of service offerings and business development strategies.
• Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to represent CA-EX Express Ltd. and identify new business opportunities in domestic and international logistics.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
College certificate in a related field
Experience in international/domestic logistics
Technical sales experience in B2B a strong asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Valid driver's licence and a good driving record
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-40 hours/week
Working location: Unit 70, 2150 29 Street Northeast, Calgary, AB T1Y 7G4 (free parking provided)
