B2B Sales Specialist Job

Responsibilities:

— Identify and approach municipal, provincial, and private-sector infrastructure clients.
— Develop sales pipelines and manage client outreach campaigns.
— Present ROADINTELI’s solution to government agencies and construction firms.
— Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
— Maintain CRM records and monitor sales performance metrics.
— Coordinate with technical and operational teams during client onboarding.

Requirements:

— Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
— 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably public sector or infrastructure).
— Experience in government procurement processes is an asset.
— Strong negotiation and communication skills.
— CRM proficiency.
— Ability to travel for meetings and industry events.
