Key Responsibilities:
Architect and lead enterprise application modernization and cloud migration initiatives using Microsoft Azure.
Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online.
Establish enterprise architecture standards, development best practices, and governance frameworks.
Lead DevSecOps implementation, CI/CD pipeline design, and secure software development practices.
Design and implement enterprise integrations across Microsoft technologies and third-party systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and technical leadership to define solution architecture and technology roadmaps.
Ensure compliance with Federal security and accessibility standards, including Zero Trust, FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, ATO, POA&M, and Section 508.
Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
Support enterprise security, scalability, performance optimization, and cloud governance initiatives.
Required Skills:
15+ years of overall IT experience.
10+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise application solutions.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies.
Strong expertise in:
Microsoft Azure
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Dynamics 365
Microsoft 365
SharePoint Online
.NET / C#
SQL Server
Enterprise Integrations
Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud migration, and enterprise architecture.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and solution design experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk (Tier 2) Background Investigation.
