Veterans Alliance is seeking an experienced Avionics Technician for an exciting opportunity at a premiere FAA Part 145 repair facility in Enterprise, AL. This position focuses on performing scheduled/unscheduled electrical maintenance, modifications, and system troubleshooting on rotary-wing aircraft. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft electrical maintenance and component troubleshooting. Troubleshoot, repair, assemble, route, and clamp aircraft electrical wiring systems and wire harnesses.Execute crimping, pinning connectors, wire ring-outs, and power-on operational checks.Read and interpret schematics, electrical drawings, technical manuals, and military specifications.Test, inspect, and maintain aircraft communication, navigation, weather radar, autopilot, and compass systems.Ensure all documentation and checklists strictly adhere to FAA regulations and facility procedures.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 2–5 years of hands-on aircraft electrical / avionics experience.Platform Experience: Rotary-wing / helicopter background strongly preferred (UH-60, UH-1, Bell 206/407, or TH-47).Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and troubleshoot from complex wiring diagrams and schematics.Tools: Must own or purchase standard tools required for avionics work.Certifications: FAA A&P license or FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL) preferred.Screening: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical fit-for-duty exam.How to ApplyTo ensure direct consideration and fast-track your application, please send your updated resume directly to:Contact: NickEmail: [email protected]
