The Opportunity
Veterans Alliance is actively seeking skilled Avionics Technicians for a premier, world-class aerospace manufacturer based in Philadelphia, PA. You will be working on a highly active Part 21 kit-based assembly line, fabricating and installing critical electrical systems for state-of-the-art commercial and military aircraft. We offer highly competitive compensation packages, including tax-advantaged per diem rates for qualifying out-of-state travelers.

Key Responsibilities
Harness Installation: Assemble, modify, route, and install complex wire bundles, conductors, and aerospace electrical components directly on the production line.

Technical Interpretation: Read and execute tasks strictly according to engineering schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, and wiring diagrams.

Precision Tooling: Utilize specialized manual hand tools including DMC crimpers, wire strippers, cutters, heat shrink guns, and complex aircraft test equipment.

Quality Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of work performed, control equipment status tags, and log critical installation data.

Operational Flexibility: Support dynamic production needs across multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 5 years of direct electrical/avionics aviation production, assembly, or flight line experience.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Aircraft Knowledge: General overall knowledge of aviation electrical components (rotary-wing or fixed-wing experience accepted).

Licensure: Active A&P License is highly preferred, but not strictly required.

Compliance: Must be able to pass a standard civilian background check and drug screen.
