Job Description:
Point of Contact and Control:
Serve as the primary point of contact and control for maintenance conducted on company aircraft by maintenance vendors.
Maintenance Planning:
Perform Maintenance (MX) Planning, including issuing and tracking scheduled maintenance workload.
Authorization and Coordination:
Obtain required approvals and complete Ferry Flight Authorization Forms.
Coordinate both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on company aircraft.
Daily Maintenance Management:
Manage the daily maintenance requirements of the fleet in a timely manner.
Coordination with Stakeholders:
Coordinate MX events with Maintenance Vendors, Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), and Flight Crews.
Provide technical support to flight crews and maintenance vendors.
Information Management:
Ensure accurate and timely information is conveyed to operations for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and delayed aircraft.
Handle mechanical delays safely and expeditiously, following the General Operations Manual (GOM).
Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate and communicate professionally with Director of Maintenance (DOM), Chief Pilots, Managers, Pilots, Maintenance Vendors, teammates, as well as outside Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and auditors.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Coordinate with other departments to expedite aircraft return to service.
Deferred Maintenance Control:
Control and track all Deferred Maintenance Items and ensure parts are available.
Ensure all deferrals are accomplished in accordance with company manuals and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
Documentation and Reporting:
Complete and distribute all applicable forms and documents following procedures outlined in the company General Operations Manual (GOM).
Provide tracking of parts and equipment while in transit to Aircraft on Ground (AOG) aircraft.
Shift Turnovers and Reporting:
Ensure seamless shift turnovers.
Provide reports with sufficient detail to ensure open issues receive appropriate attention and follow-through.
Other Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
Maintenance Controller Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of Maintenance Controller experience at a private jet company.
Proficient in handling day-to-day regulations of Part 91, Part 135, and Part 145 operations.
Adaptability and Multifaceted Skills:
Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats, especially in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable with and motivated by the challenges associated with a company experiencing growing pains.
Upward Mobility Orientation:
Strong desire for upward mobility within the organization.
Eagerness to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Geographical Flexibility:
Local or willingness to relocate without assistance for the position.
Open to considering opportunities in different locations as needed.
