Job Description:
1. The Audio Visual-Unified Communications Level 3 will deploy and support our Audio Visual and Unified Communications global estate. The candidate will work with our managed services to lead implementations of technically appropriate AV/VC/UC & Telephony products (Ring Central). This role is responsible for identification and selection of appropriate Audio Visual and Unified Communication tools based on requirements and constraints, has deep subject matter expertise, and can evaluate new technologies for fit in current infrastructure architecture. This role will be required to support to Christie’s 4 main offices, NY, London, Paris & Hong Kong. Some other remote site travel may also be required if required.
2. Specific duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to
3. Manage enterprise network audio-video-related projects. Develop and maintain appropriate documentation.
4. Troubleshoot video issues on network and report progress on various projects and installations.
5. Drive the adoption of video conferencing service usage via Zoom, Teams and/or Webex.
6. Follow, review, and recommend process changes and standards for design and documentation where necessary.
7. Plan and coordinate the expansion of video and voice network technology. Perform Unified Communications software and hardware upgrades, including the installation of video conferencing and A/V equipment
8. Interface with Projects and Infrastructure teams, site walkthroughs, design, ordering equipment, receiving and installing equipment, and provide support model for equipment (end- to-end management). Provide project status on a regular basis as project team requires.
9. Collaborate with Operations and Production departments in support of Events, Sales, exhibitions and special projects related to build outs, renovations, adds, moves and changes.

Job Requirements:
nstallation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV hardware: displays, projectors, speakers, microphones, amplifiers, cameras, and control panels.
Knowledge of AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Extron, Q-SYS).
Experience with signal flow — HDMI, SDI, VGA, CAT5/6, fiber, and audio routing.
Understanding of audio DSPs (e.g., Biamp, QSC, ClearOne).
Experience with room setup and calibration (microphone placement, acoustics, camera angles)
Strong experience with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex, Google Meet, or Polycom systems.
Managing and supporting meeting room hardware (Logitech Rally, Poly Studio, Neat, Crestron Flex, etc.).
Troubleshooting video quality, audio drop, latency, and connectivity issues.
Knowledge of network requirements for VC (QoS, bandwidth, ports, VLANs, firewalls).
Experience supporting enterprise UC platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Slack, or RingCentral).
Integration of UC systems with directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD).
Knowledge of VoIP protocols and PBX systems (e.g., Cisco CUCM, Avaya, Mitel).
Basic understanding of collaboration endpoints — softphones, mobile UC clients, conferencing bridges
Knowledge of AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Extron, Q-SYS).
