$100,000–$130,000/year (commensurate with experience and skillset)

Experience & Qualifications

Top Priority
-Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification
-Extensive professional experience as a senior-level automotive technician
-Advanced diagnostic skills, including electrical, drivability, network and module-related faults
-Strong experience with European vehicles and European diagnostic platforms
-Experience with vehicle programming, coding and module-level diagnostics
-Excellent mechanical aptitude — this is not a diagnostics-only position
-Ability to confidently perform complex mechanical repairs in addition to advanced diagnostic work
-Strong understanding of modern vehicle electrical and electronic systems

Strong Assets
-Mercedes Sprinter / BlueTEC diesel experience
-Experience working across multiple European manufacturers
-Familiarity with aftermarket and OEM-level diagnostic/programming equipment

Core Responsibilities
-Diagnose complex electrical, electronic, drivability and mechanical faults
-Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, programming and coding
-Carry out mechanical repairs and maintenance to a high professional standard
-Work confidently on European vehicles as well as domestic and Asian makes
-Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter/BlueTEC vehicles where applicable
-Accurately document diagnostic findings and work performed
-Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other technicians
-Assist with technically challenging vehicles and difficult diagnostic cases
-Road-test vehicles as required
-Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment
-Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development
