Automotive Service Technician Job

Omax Auto and Tire Services Ltd is looking for a full-time and permanent 1 Automotive Service Technician in Surrey, BC, V3E 3A7. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part-time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $37 per hour and number of hours will be 30 to 35 hours per week

Job Description:

Communicate job details with the supervisor.
Observe the motor while it is running.
Check and evaluate work orders.
Drive vehicles to assess performance.
Examine automotive systems and parts.
Adjust, fix, or replace automotive system components.
Repair or change mechanical assemblies or parts.
Verify repaired systems meet manufacturer standards.
Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks.
Test and fine tune units to required specifications.
Inform customers about completed work and upcoming repair needs.

Employment Requirements:

2 years to less than 3 years

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
