Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• 2 years of relevantexperience is required
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Should be mechanically inclined and have good manual dexterity
Responsibilities:
• Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems such as brakes, steering, engine and drive train, electrical and electronic systems etc.
• Test automotive systems and components and road test motor vehicles
• Inspect motor in operation
• Review work orders and discuss work with the manager/supervisor
• Check and adjust repaired system as per the performance specification of manufacturer
• Perform scheduled maintenance services like lubrications, oil change and tune ups
• Provide information to customers regarding service performed, vehicle condition and upcoming repair requirement
