Key Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and goals.

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and lease process with professionalism and transparency.

• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance through engaging presentations and test drives.

• Assist clients with financing, leasing, and protection options in partnership with sales managers and finance personnel.

• Maintain strong knowledge of BMW products, inventory, promotions, and market trends.

• Deliver a seamless and premium customer experience from initial inquiry through delivery and follow-up.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to support long-term relationships and customer loyalty.

• Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to achieve individual and store performance goals.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a professional, goal-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable using CRM systems, technology, and digital communication tools.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
