We are looking for a Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team.

Job duties:

-File, grind and sand body surfaces to be repaired
-Repair dents and surface defects using appropriate tools
-Mask and prepare vehicles for refinishing
-Mix, blend and match colours using computerized paint systems
-Apply primers, base coats and clear coats using professional spray equipment
-Operate and maintain spray booths and curing equipment
-Perform polishing and finishing procedures to ensure high-quality results
-Remove and replace damaged exterior panels and components
-Apply specialty coatings according to manufacturer standards
-Maintain tools and ensure safe handling of materials

-Completion of secondary school
-One to two years of hands-on experience in automotive body repair and refinishing
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
-Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required
-Ability to work in environments with dust, paint fumes, and exposure to refinishing materials
