Automotive Parts Product Design Specialist Job

An Automotive Parts Product Design Specialist is needed in Valley, Alabama.

• Design and analyze detailed automotive parts products’ designs and specifications for manufacturing automotive parts including automotive seats, head rests, and arm rest.
• Evaluate and modify draft version or prototype of auto parts designs in compliance with mechanical engineering process for manufacturing operations.
• Review and finalize automotive parts product design in accordance with feasibility, function, safety, and budget constraints through engineering evaluation process.
• Establish and evaluate product design concepts by conferring with engineering and production department to minimize malfunctions in design.
• Transform, ideas, concepts, and instructions into easily recognizable and comprehensive illustrations by using CAD (computer-assisted design) or mechanical engineering drafting tools and software.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
