Automobile lubricator
Duties:
• Perform routine vehicle servicing including engine oil and filter changes, checking and topping up fluid levels (coolant, brake, and transmission), and lubricating vehicle components.
• Install aftermarket automotive accessories such as remote starters, alarm systems, GPS tracking devices, and backup cameras following manufacturer specifications.
• Mount automotive hardware including roof racks, running boards, and trailer hitches using hand and power tools.
• Inspect tires for wear and damage and perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and pressure adjustments.
• Assist automotive service technicians with vehicle inspections, preparation for repair work, and basic installation tasks.
• Test installed accessories to verify proper functionality and report any issues to supervising technicians.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
Requirements for the role:
• Completion of high school is required
• One year of work experience in a similar role is desired. Previous experience or knowledge in an autobody repair industry or mechanical shop is highly preferred
• Physically demanding, ability to lift parts up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and bend for extended periods during work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
