Automotive body repair shop supervisor Job

-Prepare production and other reports to maximize efficiency and maintain cycle time goals
-Supervise workers and projects, communicating production priorities by leading daily meetings
-Co-ordinate and schedule activities
-Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
-Recommend personnel actions
-Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
-Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
-Plan and maintain production schedules
-Perform final quality inspection prior to delivery of the vehicle to customer
-Prepare payroll

-High School Diploma is required
- Minimum one year of customer service experience required
- Minimum six months’ experience managing in fast-paced environments, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Minimum of six months’ leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
- Must be able to motivate others by utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, is required
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of vehicle repair practices demonstrated through at least one year of experience in a relevant context
- Ability to interpret work scope from vehicle estimates or work orders is required
- Must be able to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift in excess of 50 lbs of matierals
- Must have a valid G-Driver’s License
