Tasks
Prepare damage reports and repair cost estimates to plan and coordinate required bodywork and painting tasks
Paint damaged front-end parts, body panels, doors, frames, and underbody components.
Smooth out repaired surfaces by filing, grinding, and sanding with hand or power tools to prepare for painting.
Mask and tape off areas to protect surrounding surfaces during the painting process.
Mix and match paint to ensure color consistency; blend paints to match the vehicle’s original finish.
Apply primers, base coats, and finish coats using brushes or spray guns for a smooth, professional finish.
Conduct final inspections to ensure repairs meet quality and safety standard
